Randy is known to everyone as the father of the stained glass appliqué technique in kite making. His 110 foot long flying ribbon of Disney cartoon characters is unbelievable! Randy even put in the sprockets as if the ribbon were real film! He recently taught an amazing lecture at the San Ramon kite and wind festival on how to do this technique.
